Video processing of angiography videos

In each case, the fluorescent dye indocyanine green was injected into the patient's vein. With an angiography through the use of a laser scan the influx or efflux of this dye in the retina was recorded.

On the left side you can see that due to eye movements, jumps back and forth are included.
motion-corrected
In the central part of this movement between the individual images is corrected by the receiving device by the individual images were each displaced so that they are aligned as closely as possible to each other. Through these shifts black bars occur at the edge. Movements during image capture or different lighting situations due to eye movements, but also movements due to blinking ensure that the recording looks unsteady.
fitted
On the right side you can see the movie in which the information for each pixel was reduced to four parameters, and then it is reconstructed back into a cinematic presentation. That the image is very still. Apart from this you can see the resemblance between the central and right films — the essential information is therefore in these four parameters per pixel included.
